Shape Attitude Ghana Receives First Wire Transfer of Funds as Donation from Mr. Emmanuel Woode

Shape Attitude Ghana received the first wire transfer of funds as donation on 9 September 2015.

The donation was made by Mr. Emmanuel Woode, a staff of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) Headquarters in Geneva.

Emmanuel was motivated by the aims of Shape Attitude’s project, especially, that it targets young children to “mould” their attitude towards environmental cleanliness. For this reason, Emmanuel made a pledge to the founder of Shape Attitude Ghana, Wonderful Baisie Ghartey, in Geneva in August 2015 that he will be the first person to wire funds as donation to the organisation when the necessary information is completed on the website of the organisation.

Mr. Emmanuel Woode fulfilled and redeemed his pledge on September 9, 2015 when he wired an amount of CHF1,100 (one thousand Swiss Francs) to support the aims and objectives of Shape Attitude Ghana. He has high expectation that the project will succeed and transform attitude towards sanitation.
